The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, Palma Nova (Mallorca)

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with a luxurious room that boasted a stunning ocean view and was both spacious and clean. The staff went out of their way to ensure my experience was memorable, especially during my relaxing spa treatments. However, I faced a bit of a hiccup during check-in, which detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience. Overall, the offerings at this resort are impressive, but be prepared for some minor service hiccups.

The resort has a beautiful pool area and offers good amenities for families with young kids, including a kids' club. However, the experience can be marred by loud children and occasional service hiccups, particularly with lost items. While the facilities are decent, you might expect more given the price and reputation of the St. Regis brand.
